I can't help but share in the excitement of our recent announcement 📣. Yesterday, we launched the Unicorn Delivery Service (UDS) — a game-changer for delivering secure, mission-critical software across #DepartmentOfDefense missions. UDS is a new way of empowering National Security missions to succeed, no matter where the mission takes them. For me, UDS goes beyond technology. Many people spend their lives searching for a purpose, and this mission feels like a pretty darn good one. We’re redefining what it means to support the warfighter, and all who depend on us. UDS is the ONLY platform that brings speed, security, compliance, flexibility, ease of operation, and so much more. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: There is some good in this world, and it’s worth fighting for. Proud to be part of team Virtru which achieved impressive growth in 2024 by innovating on a new frontier in #cybersecurity. The old frontier: where organizations struggle to defend their perimeter in an effort to protect data from being accidentally lost or stolen. The new one: where organizations embrace open standards to protect sensitive data so they can intentionally share it with others without losing control.

Finally! Of all of the ATO reciprocity issues in the DOD this is probably the easiest to implement. Cloud vendors already go through extensive certifications and third party audits and it never made any sense for each service to issue their own ATO on top of Fedramp and DISA PA Impact Levels. Addressing ATO reciprocity for tactical systems on warfighting networks is however the holy grail for CJADC2 and a lot more work is needed on risk sharing and accountability there. https://lnkd.in/eE6sUEvp

This June, the DoD is preparing to release Fulcrum, its new digital modernization strategy aimed at expediting innovation efforts for Joint Force capabilities and IT governance. To ensure our troops have the best resources available for joint missions and real-time decision making, it’s important that we continue removing barriers to modernization and enhancing digital interactions.
