Transforming workplaces for a sustainable future 🏢✨ We’re excited to be delivering the fit-out and upgrade of 40 Argyll Street - a 130,000 sq. ft GIA office building in London’s West End.   Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the extensive works include three floors of Cat A fit-out, new end-of-journey facilities, and a rooftop terrace and sky room pavilion, all while the building remains operational. With a strong commitment to sustainable delivery, 40 Argyll Street is targeting an upfront carbon target below 200 kgCO2e/m, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL Enabled ‘Gold’, and NABERS rating of 4.5*.   This landmark project will be setting new standards in low-carbon, high-performance workspaces. Stay tuned for updates as we bring this vision to life!👀   #MaceConstruct #Fitout #Retrofit

Fantastic to see such an exciting and impactful project underway at 40 Argyll Street! The focus on sustainability, especially with ambitious goals like BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL Enabled ‘Gold’, really sets the tone for the future of office space. It’s a great reminder that environmental responsibility and high-performance workspaces don’t have to be mutually exclusive. As the office market continues to evolve, integrating features like rooftop terraces, low carbon targets, and enhanced end of journey facilities can make a significant difference in how tenants experience their work environment. I’m especially excited to see how these spaces adapt in response to the growing emphasis on employee well being alongside environmental sustainability.
