The movement to data-driven decision making using improved data products will continue to accelerate. This is a good thing. However, to what degree are we teaching our most senior decision makers how to best discern good data from suspect data? Reliance on AI tools is the right step, no doubt. We must be alert to those leaders who fail to keep up with this pace of change. With new technologies there are always early adopters; on the other extreme there are always those who wait too long to learn it. We will live in an era where juniors far-better understand the technology. It must be taught and learned at the executive levels as well. Article by Sandra Erwin. #DoD #Congress #Funding
