Today marks my third year at Igloo but also marks my "mission accomplished." I am incredibly proud and honored to have worked for this tremendous organization for the last three years, scaling it to more than 300 people and 10x revenues, so my job is done! I want to convey a big message of gratitude to all my colleagues and partners in this venture Raunak Mehta Roshan Mahtani Sandra Ernst Jack Xia, Ph.D. Astha Desai Vinod Dontimalla,Shahbaaz Sabharwal (thanks for organizing my farewell dinner), and my local team in the Philippines, especially Rob Vea Jaja Torrato, thanks for joining me (again) in this adventure. What is next for me? I take some time off and I dedicate myself to my passion work, such as teaching for IE Business School around the world and car racing.
