MHQP has released data today from our 2024 statewide Patient Experience Survey which shows that patients are reporting difficult accessing primary care clinicians for a fourth year in a row, while scores in all other areas of primary care experience have rebounded to pre-pandemic levels. This is especially significant and relevant against the backdrop of some important policy steps the state has taken to begin addressing the fragile state of primary care in Massachusetts.
