As we continue to celebrate Woman In Construction week at McTaggart Construction, we are also proud to have doubled the number of female employees over the past 5 years.  Meet Deborah Baird BSc Grad IOSH Health and Safety Advisor and her daughter Jocelyn Baird, Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Jocelyn Baird, who was encouraged into construction by following in the footsteps of her mum says, “I have only been here 6 months but have enjoyed every minute. I am really glad I listened to my mum – she really does know best 😉.” #wicweek #wicweek25 #womeninconstructionweek2025
