I've been intrigued by all the latest research and talk on longevity lately. From Peter Attia to Bryan Johnson, it feels like there is more discussion about not how to just extend how long we live, but how well we live. After talking with Mike Studer about his book The Brain that Chooses Itself, I knew we had to bring this topic to a broader audience. In his upcoming webinar, he’s digging into the idea of healthspan—not just how long we live, but how long we can stay healthy, active, and independent. It’s fascinating both from a personal health standpoint and from the lens of how we support our patients in practice. 1wI so look forward to delivering this content AND interacting with attendees Andrew Mickus! Thank you Medbridge for partnering with me and producing this course. This topic is more relevant than ever as Utah JUST passed legislation elevating #physicaltherapy as a profession from which primary care providers can receive their training. What do you know about sleep, nutrition, play, rest, physical activity, and the power of novel experiences...tune in on Thursday if you want to know more!
