💡 This week someone asked me why I consider myself one of the best implementation specialist in the Hubspot Ecosystem. I thought about this over the weekend and came to the conclusion that I have no other choice but to be one of the best professionals in the market. If I want to be at the best company, solve the toughest problems, and make the biggest impact, it's only natural that I need to be one of the best. Excellence does not tolerate mediocrity. Being one of the best is a consequence of my goals. ▶ To achieve these objectives, I focus on four pillars: ✅ If I say I'll do it, I do it: I simply fulfill all my obligations. My colleagues are relying on my deliveries to achieve their own goals. ✅ Find joy in the challenge: I understand there is much to learn and I am not afraid to pursue new knowledge; the challenge is what pushes you forward. ✅ I overcommunicate: I have no fear of asking questions and confirming information. Today's omission is tomorrow's loss. ✅ I know my weaknesses: I know the points that will take me to the next stage and I work on them. I don't need to hear the same feedback twice. #hubspotimplementation #hubspotspecialist

My First 30 Days At HubSpot One month down at HubSpot, and it's been a whirlwind of learning and growth! Here are my top 3 takeaways so far: 1️⃣ Soak it all in, then swim! When joining a new company, it's easy to feel the urge to jump right into action and make an immediate big impact. But just like tackling Ikea furniture without properly reading the instructions (guilty!), rushing into action can lead to rework and frustration. This month, I've focused on actively absorbing information. I listened more than I spoke and asked questions – even the seemingly "silly" ones (My top silly question of the month: Asking someone to explain something to me like I am 6). This approach helped me build a strong foundation for future contributions and I will continue asking questions to ensure I understand things correctly and I am on the right track. 2️⃣ Decode the Company Lingo Having been at Google for 6+ years, I was fluent in the “Google-way” of almost everything. But here at HubSpot, some things are different! This month, I made a conscious effort to observe how things work. I learned the company lingo and tried to quickly adapt to it so people actually understood me (for example “I’ll ping you” became “I’ll slack you” and I promise I will try to say JAPAC instead of APAC!). While adapting to a new company I am still making sure to try to add my own spin to things and combine the best of both worlds. 3️⃣ The Newbie Network Advantage! Newbies often underestimate the power they hold! We come equipped with a unique superpower: the "newbie card." This month, I've actively leveraged this card to connect with as many people at HubSpot as possible. Think of it as a golden ticket to open doors, spark valuable conversations and a permission to ask a lot of questions - even the seemingly silly ones. The start of my journey at HubSpot has been incredible so far and I would like to thank everyone who has made it so special! Super excited to see what the future holds at HubSpot! 🧡 #HubSpotLife P.S. I'd love to hear your own "newbie learnings" in the comments below!

After 7 amazing years, I recently left HubSpot 🧡 It wasn't an easy decision, but I am ready to embrace the next challenge and see what else is out there! If anyone has a Chief of Staff opportunity at a high-growth / fast-paced company, let me know! Would love to explore if it could be a mutual fit 🤝 _____________________________________________ When candidates used to ask me my favorite thing about HubSpot, my answer was always simple - the people. I am thankful to HubSpot for seeing me through huge periods of growth, both professionally and personally (hello 👋 husband, dog, house, and two children...). I affectionately call HubSpot my MBA program because the exposure to different parts of the business, smart leaders, and excellent teams, is unparalleled. I'm especially grateful for: - My teams 🌍 - working with you all has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. - My leaders 👏 - especially Emily Haahr, Michael Pici, Eric Richard, and Rich A., who fundamentally contributed to the leader I am today. - My work girl gang ✨ - you all gave me candid feedback, endless confidence and pep talks, and a listening ear (and gosh you made work fun!) 🚀

From PIP to Promotion in 4 Months: My Journey at HubSpot 🚀 Four months ago, I found myself on a "Performance Improvement Plan." Cue the sinking stomach and self-doubt. I thought, “Is this the end of my time at HubSpot?” Spoiler alert: It wasn’t. Today, I’m not only thriving at HubSpot, but I’ve also been promoted. Here’s how I turned things around and why HubSpot’s culture was key to my success. The Wake-Up Call 🛎️ A PIP isn’t a punishment—it’s a roadmap for improvement. While it stung, HubSpot saw potential, not failure. That mindset lit a fire under me. How I Did It 🔥 ✨ Mindset Shift I treated the PIP as a strategy session, breaking it into actionable steps and taking ownership. 📋 Clear Goals Using HubSpot’s tools like Tasks, I tracked progress and celebrated small wins. 💬 Team Support HubSpot’s collaborative culture helped me lean on my manager and colleagues for feedback. 📚 Continuous Learning HubSpot’s Learning Center filled my skill gaps. 🚀 Proactive Updates Weekly progress reports kept my manager aligned and engaged in my success. Why HubSpot Made It Possible 💡 Psychological Safety: My team encouraged questions and celebrated wins. Tools for Success: HubSpot’s CRM and automation tools helped me focus on growth. Growth-Oriented Leadership: My manager guided and celebrated my progress. The Promotion Moment 🎉 Four months later, I crushed my goals and earned a promotion, proving a PIP can be a pivot point, not a dead end. My Advice 📝 Stay calm: This isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning. Be proactive: Use every tool and resource available. Own your journey: Celebrate every small win. HubSpot gave me a second chance—and the tools to grow. Remember: even jazz legends hit the wrong notes sometimes. It’s how you recover that counts. What’s your comeback story? 💬 #CareerGrowth #HubSpotJourney #NeverGiveUp #PIPToPromotion #GrowthMindset #HubSpot #PIP #Promotion

After an incredible few years at HubSpot, I am moving on to a new opportunity. I am deeply grateful for the support and camaraderie of my talented colleagues and the inspiring leadership team. I also wanted to share some key learnings from my time at HubSpot: 🟠 There are rarely linear conversion paths in inbound marketing. User journeys will always diverge, requiring marketers to maintain consistency of messaging across any given touchpoint to deliver the right message at the right time every time. 🟠 Investing in company culture trickles down beyond employee satisfaction to customer loyalty. 🟠 Attention has become the mainline currency of the 21st century, and we need to make the most out of our user’s & leads attention. The true underlying value comes from providing more education with less information through touchless conversion paths. 🟠 Data is the modern oil, powering automation and emerging tech like AI, and much like oil, it’s only as useful as the quality of the extraction and processing. Without proper handling and a well kept CRM, data is left as a wasted crude resource. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey, especially Aine Devane Dalila Franzolini Alexandra Garnier Sophia Zamora Barbosa Marion Lavigne Shelley P. Diego Santos Sicardo Isabelle Wißler Julia Brummer Xavier Davis Carlos Eduardo Dal Prá Pedroza (Cauê) Ari Echt-Wilson Rakky Curvelo Here's to new beginnings! #NewBeginnings #HubSpot #Marketing #Learnings

This April, I completed two years at HubSpot. These two years have been very fulfilling, challenging and growth oriented. I’ve discovered myself more and I have pushed boundaries of my own limits on what I thought I could achieve as a professional. I’ve been so lucky to have discovered a true passion and taste for growing business and impacting dollars. This is one of the most imminent successes for me personally and professionally is to hone in and chisel the businesswoman in me. My outlook towards customer success is not traditional, where I am only focused on account management, nor is it only organic where I am focused on building relationships through driving value. My passion is centred at the core motivation of any business, growth. I’ve embodied this in my own personal growth journey and professional development and performance. Slowly, as I am going to evolve through my journey of becoming a professional coach, I envision my outlook evolving. In either case, whether I evolve my fundamentals or remain steady in my fundamentals and build further on the foundations set, I am confident in achieving my potential to the fullest. Grateful am I, that at every step, the universe has connected me with the right people at the right time. This is a transformation in life that has happened after a long period of struggle, hard work, turmoil, loss, pain and suffering. This transition is a fruit of a lot of patience, perseverance and faith in self and in the universe. It’s not about a job, nor is it about material success. It is about believing in your purpose and the impact you can make in this world with your agency, your words, your work, your journey and it’s about building character. And that is the true growth I cherish and celebrate today and continue to take inspiration from within. Onwards and upwards to much more impact to make in this one life ✨

You know what they say: if you've got a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Today, I'm going to revisit the topic of mindset. It is crucial for all of us professionals who use a tool extensively. HubSpot has various hubs, including marketing, sales, services, and (much) more. The time has come to stop viewing these hubs as separate entities. Instead, view them as tools in your toolkit that can be used for many different things. eg. marketing tools can be used for sales, and vice versa. ✅ Let me be clear: our thinking about our tools and how we interact with them changes how we live and work. If we keep seeing everything as a nail, we'll be very limited in our actions. Once we recognise that our hubs contain a multitude of tools for solving various problems, we will undoubtedly identify new opportunities and applications we hadn't considered before. It's time to make simple tweaks that will transform the way we work. It's all about opening our minds. 💚 Bringing a Superadmin into an organisation is a fascinating experience. That's what we talked about today in the HubSpot Superadmins Bootcamp. I'm thrilled because everyone is starting to ask more advanced questions, which means we're doing something right. Let me know about your experience with this mindset shift. #hubspotcrm #hubspotsuperadmins #hubspotacademy

If someone ever asked me what's the best thing about working as a HubSpot Specialist, it would be talking to so many different people and learning about their businesses. Not a single day goes by where I don't learn something new. The second best thing? Solving problems faced by our clients. Nothing gives me more joy than this. Loving HubSpot obviously helps. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, both for me and my clients. What do you love most about your job? P.S. Never stop learning. The journey is as important as the destination. #hubspot #hubspotpartner
