8moDefo Agree! Nitish Rana The role of a product manager (PM) involves leading cross-functional teams without having direct authority over them. PMs need to influence and motivate team members from different departments, such as engineering, marketing, and sales, by leveraging their communication skills, vision for the product, and ability to build consensus.
