After being on LinkedIn for years and amidst constant waves of technological, political, and social transformations, I believe it's the right moment to engage with my network more actively, sharing not just professional updates but the wins, the setbacks, and the lessons that have shaped me. Reflecting on my path, it's clear how much can change when you embrace opportunity. • Landing in the US 20 years ago, felt like stepping into a blank page - exciting, a little daunting, but full of potential. I arrived in the US with $1 in my pocket, no professional connections, and no safety net. • Slowly but surely, I've been building connections, each one opening doors to exciting opportunities and learning experiences, because U.S.A is a great country; a land of opportunity that rewards hard work and perseverance! • Starting and scaling Optimum, from the ground up into an award-winning IT consulting firm and then jumping right back in to start and grow a new business, Syntara - all while juggling my proudest role in raising our son with the incredible help and support of my husband- hasn't all been easy. There were plenty of doubts, tough calls, and setbacks. But I'd “probably” do it all over again! • Through this journey, I've been fortunate to build an incredible team that have been instrumental to our success. I’m surrounded by great, talented, and committed individuals who care about Optimum and Syntara as much as I do. I'm excited to share more of this ride with you - the challenges, the surprises, and the moments that make it all worthwhile. I may share anything from my unpopular political opinions, new technology updates and advancements, or pictures of me and my family enjoying a day off from work. Maybe we'll connect over shared experiences and foster stronger connections and exchange valuable ideas.
