Our recent leadership meeting in Miami was a great opportunity to reflect on GEODIS’ IT transformation over the past few years and learn from each other as we plan for the future. Highlights include the development of our nearshore and offshore team, the implementation of automated models to assist with patching, and increased monitoring and maintenance activities. Looking ahead, we have our sights set on fully integrating Need It Now Delivers into GEODIS’ systems, further investing in employee training in areas like GenAI and leveraging technology to streamline operations even more. Thankful to this team for making these accomplishments possible and feeling energized for what’s to come.
