Reading about changing culture and mindsets is one thing, but being actively involved in such a transformation is a truly out-of-this-world experience. #CultureChange #MindsetShift Approximately 6 months ago, we set out to build a GenAI culture and mindset in our organization. What a rollercoaster ride it's been - sessions, mailers, webinars, hackathons, Basic GenAI courses, and certifications. But the results have been incredibly satisfying. #GenAI #ArtificialIntelligence #CorporateTransformation --Our unit won the Global GenAI Hackathon, demonstrating the innovative potential of our unit. --We trained large language models (LLMs) on various Amdocs products and built a knowledge assistant to empower our employees. --We have 12 incubation teams doing projects and creating MVPs, showcasing the power of GenAI in our operations. And the icing on the cake? Smashing our targets for GenAI certifications across the organization. #Innovation #EmployeeEngagement #SkillDevelopment "Doing" is what fuels true transformation, and that's exactly what we've achieved in the SmartOps engineering team at Amdocs India. It was a privilege to return to/visit India last week. #ThinkMumbai hit it out of the park! From the captivating opening act “Culinary Algorithm” and compelling keynotes to the tailored made client journeys told through multiple formats – fireside chats, demos, masterclass and workshop sessions – spoke to #IBM’s technological strength and industry leadership.   Legendary cricket player #RahulDravid’s insights on the intersection of technology and sports to improve experiences struck a chord. -India = cricket, cricket = India. The transformation from pixelated photos to precise data points to garner useful insights are strikingly familiar in work we do with clients to help them strategize and chart technology journeys. Indeed, Rahul is spot on that technology is the secret sauce that elevate industries. When technology is combined with knowledge and context, the next generation of industry leaders would emerge.   I couldn’t be prouder through each engagement we had with clients, partners, analysts and media.   Kudos the ISA team for the mastery at work and amazing engineering to deliver an incredibly memorable experience about accessible and #responsibleAI which resonated deeply with our clients, partners and community at large. A pleasure indeed, to join amazing fellow alums of Indian School of Business to discuss #AI and its possibilities. I shared a little and learnt a lot. Some of my key takeaways. 1️⃣ The benefits of the AI today rest squarely on the investments that the firms made yesterday, in #data and #cloud technologies. 2️⃣ AI is already powering #Hyperpersonalization and #Hypercontextualization, in ways unimaginable just a few years ago 3️⃣ AI is powering new ways of engaging with technology, build products, and take them to customers. 4️⃣ ROI for AI investments remains a big challenge, despite all the successes, and companies are continuing to revisit their AI strategy. 5️⃣ Future of AI will evolve with the support of technologies like quantum computing, augmented reality and the unforeseen possibilities of the #metaverse. PS: The power of anonymity and avatars can unbridle the customers, to ask difficult questions, seek the right answers, and get the product that is right for them rather than what is right for the company.
