Learning is something you should have an appetite for. Go out of your way to read. Write. Listen. Set aside time to learn something every day, even if it's small. Treat learning as a habit, a practice, something that you do to improve yourself consistently. If we treat learning as something enjoyable and a privilege, then we'll set examples for others, especially our children. We want the next generation to grow up appreciating the ability to learn because they're the leaders of tomorrow. #Leadership #Learning #GrowthMindset
