Almost 23% people in the workforce will be Gen Z by the start of 2025, and currently Millennials and Gen X make up the majority of the workforce who need to attract and retain these new-way-of-thinking generation! So what does that mean for business? Gen Z is the “leadership ambitious” and “easier way of doing things” generation. Are they really though? Or are they the “work smarter, not harder” generation?
