Earlier today, experts from the rail sector came together at Rail Unites for Inclusion Gender Equity conference, exploring how we can bring about positive, meaningful change for women. All women should feel safe travelling by train, without fear of intimidation or sexual harassment. We need to attract women to #rail and showcase the opportunities available to the younger generation looking to start their careers. We need to respect women and support them in bringing their authentic selves to work, so they feel confident growing and progressing within the rail industry. There is much to be done, and we are committed to taking action now. #WomensHistoryMonth #AccelerateAction

2dIn the Rail industry we are lucky to have many excellent leaders and a high proportion of those are female. The rail industry truly welcomes women - from my perspective and experience. It is important to increase the diversity of thought to gain an improved outcome for our passengers.
