I come across multiple entrepreneur profiles where there is: - Complete mismatch of tone - No trace of brand uniformity - Confusion because of multiple messages - Clash of ideas and personality - No strong personal presence "Why does this happen, Bidisha?" → Because you are NOT getting customized solutions! → To build a personal brand that sounds like you, you need a strategist who: - Is approachable (Their friendly demeanor helps you open up) - Is a strong listener (They listen first, make you feel heard and offer solution) - Is a problem solver (They offer precise, actionable advice) - Is result-oriented (They're hungry for client results) Don't invest in 'tweak-a-little-here-n-there' strategists.
