Very grateful to attend yesterday’s AWS GenAI Executive Leaders dinner. We heard from Anthropic Head of Enterprise, Zubair Jandali, and AWS Leadership. Tom Soderstrom, AWS Enterprise Strategist, offered the helpful reminder to Think Big, Start Small, and Scale Fast. Tom’s slides also suggested to “decomplexify” things, which is a term I assume is born from an AI hallucination looking for the word simplify. ;) During dinner we collectively discussed use cases, experiences, and journeys. Some additional takeaways to share are: create Centers of ENGAGEMENT (not excellence, which can be non-inclusive within organizations), to become an Internal Futurist by studying how these technologies will affect the world, and to focus your AI use case experimentation on the right mix of impact and feasibility. At Stratascale – An SHI Company we offer collaborative “AIdeation” sessions to help teams work through defining the right business problem to solve and outlining potential solutions that might be attainable via the latest GenAI advancements.
