I have always been absolutely focused on making a positive difference. Like I want to know that that what I'm doing is having positive impact more important than title, more important than anything, right? Like am I making a positive impact? I think the other advantage that I had, I knew I was short term. I was not building a career for life there. I need to make an impact. I want to make an impact quickly. I know I'm not going to be there long term. It put me in a situation where I was willing to take risk that other people may not have been willing to take. They're worried about stability and a long term job and not ruffling any feathers. That was not me. What do we need to do? How can we do it, and how can we do it in a way that would be the most impactful?
