When you support your SDRs, the whole team wins. When you - empower,  - train, and  - actually support them, they won’t just be booking meetings— they’ll be ensuring those meetings turn into closed deals. So, if you’re an SDR manager, remember: - Stop thinking of SDRs as "entry-level" positions. - Start investing in their growth. Building a strong team starts with this.

If you're a brand new SDR you're going to have a really hard time... If you don't follow these two crucial tips: -> Quantity is everything in the beginning -> Focus on one piece of feedback at a time When I was an SDR I did 300 calls a day for my first 2 months and it gave me the head start I needed to become a top rep. But I didn't focus on one piece of feedback. I tried to get better at everything all at once and often found myself frustrated. Hope this helps any new SDRs in 2025. Happy Dialing ☎️

I love to see SDRs get promoted to AE. If I was an SDR, here are the 3 main things I’d do to get promoted, other than achieving quota. 1. Work for an org that has a clear history or path forward for this specific promotion (not every org is set up for this promotion) 2. Sit in on the sales calls or watch recordings of them afterwards 3. Keep a clean and clear pipeline (notes, BANT, follow-up tasks, etc.)

How do AE’s structure their days? ⏱️ It’s day 2 of my ramp up training and I’m looking to get some opinions on how different AE’s structure their days… As an SDR, my full day was basically spent calling with an hour here and there for other touchpoints and follow-ups! I want to make sure I’m still booking in a load of meetings for myself but know that a lot of my time will be on demo’s and managing deals. How are other people managing their time? Should I have a BD day? Should I only do demo’s between certain times? 🤔
