And, it made me go like, “WHATTTT???” 😂 Creating content isn’t just stringing words together. You need: • Deep industry knowledge • Constant learning and adapting to changes • Understanding of SEO, user intent, and conversion psychology Easy? Not quite. Rewarding? Absolutely. But calling it ‘easy money’ is disrespect to skilled professionals who’ve honed their craft for years. It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme. It’s a craft. My first copywriting gig three years ago made me realize that this industry will hurt my soul on so many levels. 🫠⁣ ⁣ 👉 Negative comments on every page of my Google Doc⁣ 👉 Crushing impossible deadlines just to prove I’m a “real” writer⁣ 👉 Unending time trackers as if I’m not paid 8x less than the average copywriters⁣ 👉 Countless copywriting courses to make me as skilled and efficient as I could be⁣ ⁣ It was a facepalm moment for me. Not something I hoped for. 🤦♀️⁣ ⁣ In fact, every critique of my copy stung so much I wanted to scream, “Does this fr***king person know I used to write research for a living!?”⁣ ⁣ But that was also a wake-up call for me. It taught me...⁣ ⁣ ✨ That copywriting involves much more than the depth of research and the creativity of putting up words out there—it’s an entirely different skill set. ⁣ ✨ There are so many versions of personal and business brands. Each craves to be heard, recognized, and understood. I play a BIG role in making that happen.⁣ ✨ Writing is a gift, but mastering it takes COMMITMENT. Being committed is better. I've seen a growing number of business owners who want to post regularly on LinkedIn but don't know where to start. As a copywriter, I have written for Instagram and Facebook, but not LinkedIn (yet!). Earlier in my career I faced a significant challenge that tested my resolve and creativity. Doing 9-5 with freelance copywriting, I landed my first project of writing a blog. The excitement was palpable, but so was the pressure. The task was to write a blog that would convert visitors into customers. It seemed straightforward Until I realized The product I was promoting had very little market presence and no existing customer reviews. The startup was relying entirely on my words to make an impact. Feeling the weight of responsibility. I learned everything I could about the product, its unique selling points, and the target audience. But more importantly I discussed with the founder, understanding his vision and passion for the product. This connection was key. I took a step and decided to leverage storytelling. Instead of the usual features and benefits approach. I wrote a narrative that resonated with potential customers, painting a vivid picture of how the product could solve their problems and enhance their lives. The blog not only met but exceeded expectations. This experience taught me the power of empathy and the importance of truly understanding the audience you’re writing for I still consider myself as a work-in-progress copywriter. My belief is learning should never stop. Each project is an opportunity to connect, understand, and create magic with words. What challenges have you faced early in your career? It’s not about fancy words. ✍️ I repeat, it's not about fancy words. Stepping into the copywriting world 🌍 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve always been pretty good at English… 📚 … so I thought I could throw in some lengthy sentences, sprinkle in fancy words ✨… … and it would just work. But I was wrong. ❌ A lot of people think great copywriting is about using impressive words 💬 or showing off creativity. 🎨 But the truth is, copywriting is all about results. 🚀 If your words don’t push the reader to take action, they’re just filler. 📝 You’re basically throwing spaghetti 🍝 at the wall to see what sticks. Simple, clear, and focused writing wins. 🎯 You’re not writing a novel; you’re creating a direct path that leads your reader to take action 💼 without distractions. 🚫 Ask yourself one simple question: Does this sentence move my reader closer to taking action? 🤔 If the answer is no, cut it. ✂️ The goal isn’t to impress… it’s to convert. 💥 Every word matters, and if your copy isn’t clear, focused, and action-driven, it’s not doing its job. ⚡ Next time you write, remember: It’s not about being clever. 🧠 It’s about being effective. 🎯 So let’s kick off this weekend by cutting the fluff and focusing on what really matters—results! 🎉 Cheers 🥂, Fahad Yasin ✌️ P.S.: Take a second look at your copy today—if it doesn’t move the needle, it’s time to trim the fat. How is Copywriting Skill? If you want to be tension free for money, you'll have to develop a writing skills in you and that is Copywriting. Really, Copywriting Skill is a skill if you master this skill you should never again have to worry about money. An ability to write ads or sales letters that sell is almost a wonderful money making skills that you could acquire at any time. The power to write a copy that gets order on a profitable basis is so rare with no substitute. Therefore, if you can, you should do it really. Then you'll see, you will effectively write your own ticket. And not only, It will give you enough work, you can't do it yourself, for that you will have to have a staff of at least 10 people to get the work done. And not only that it will take nearly two years to finish it. And it isn't so hard you can't do it. Even there's no requirement for very good English. The main matter is willingness. if you touch your willingness it will help you to stand up, and it will be easy to face all the difficulties that arise in the way. The second thing that is most important about copywriting is that there's no such competition in it as in any other writing skills. It isn't means there's no other good copywriters, they're, but they themselves the friends and exchange their ideas and informations. The third and most important thing is that you can do it at any time from anywhere. Sitting in a park, staying in a hotel, being on a boat and even running in a train with zero investment. For this what you need that is a peace of paper and a ball point or a pencil. You'll start to earn your living without any pressure. And in addition, the people will have to wait you standing in the line. The skills is such an effective. You can't imagine.
