This is so relevant for HR pros. We're not always in control of what we're given (ahem* every piece of legislation we have to comply with), but we do have the ability to rally our organizations around it. While default mode is to share/sell the change, HR has the unique challenge AND ability to utilize shared employee experiences to not only convert information to transformation, but the connect and unify their workforces with purpose.
