❗ Helping Car, Van, Motorhome and Caravan dealers to become more Efficient and Profitable ❗

Earlier in the week I spent some time with James Pittaway 🟢 at Summit M Garage Just one of many times I spend with dealer partners.. With no agenda. Summit have recently stopped representing MG for sales and remain a service point. This is something that many dealers are currently doing or contemplating - across a number of franchises. I was interested to hear how this changes their dealership model. And how this affects the way they use DMS Navigator. I learn a lot in these sort of sessions about how we can better support our dealers. In this case, we had a good discussion on a new customer loyalty scheme that was being launched soon. Discussing how Navigator could help support the scheme, delivering better Customer Service, making the process more efficient and helping to retain the loyalty of their customers over the longer term. Thanks for your time this week James Pittaway 🟢 #dealer #motortrade #franchisewhatfranchise #navigator Ps if you're interested on how Navigator could partner with your dealership visit https://lnkd.in/dDsaZqqd

It was good to see you Simon, just a small point, we are Summit Garage, not Summit Motors.

Simon good morning and service points were particularly popular in the 1980s when as a Renault main dealer we had 4 who worked under us. It's something similar to what I'm developing at MFS, which is working very well. We have a great relationship with with our local dealer and wouldn't want it any other way. We saw the demise of many owner owned main dealerships in the late nineties and early noughties who maybe thought margins in new cars weren't worth it !
