Yesterday was my pharmacy's 2 year anniversary!! We opened August 1st, 2020. I was recently laid off from my job and wanted to try something that focused on people. Although the pandemic derailed our initial pharmacy design, we were able to pivot and create a space that is friendly, patient focused and fun. YES FUN!! Last year success include: -Added revenue generating services -Addition of a health coach -Hired some awesome people -Trained pharmacy interns & tech students -Donated to community organization including local schools, nonprofit organizations and art movements. -Gave thousands of COVID vaccines -Expanded our POCT services -Smiled and laughed everyday Folks, it was scary and at times I was unsure of myself but I was committed to practice pharmacy my way. #pharmacylife #pharmacy# #covid #supportlocalbusinesses #womanownedbusiness #tenacrespharmacy # #success
