Well, in the last two days, I ended up making a 70 page presentation for an upcoming initiative. And here are a few quintessential things you've got to keep in mind if you want to make more engaging presentations and powerful wants to point #1 always know the audience you're addressing with that presentation. We often make this mistakes of using wrong examples in the wrong place. You cannot make corporate examples for people who are doing business. You cannot make business or corporate examples for students who are yet to enter the market. So try to draw a parallel line between them so that the stories that you use. Actually makes sense to them and it draws a parallel line between the listeners and the speakers. Point #2 Please don't make it boring. We tend to make our presentations really boring. None of us like to listen to a boring song or watch a boring movie, right? Then what sense does it make for them to look at your boring presentation? Use applications like Canva and pregnancy to make it more engaging. Point #3 Use more infographics and not a lot of words. People tend to clutter their entire presentation with a lot of words which confuses the viewers. So do not try to write everything. Front of you bullet points or maybe a few statistics and then explain it on your own words and point number 344. Use data and use your story parallelly.
