OYO has agreed to acquire G6 Hospitality LLC , the operator of Motel 6 and Studio 6, in a $525 million all-cash transaction. This deal will see OYO take over 1,650 properties across the US and Canada from Blackstone Real Estate, marking a massive expansion in North America.
