I will be facilitating a session of Protecting God's Children for Adults on the prevention of child sex abuse at the Parish Center of St. Aedan, 39 Tuers Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306, on Thursday, March 20th from 6pm to 9pm. The class is free but you must register online at www.virtus.org. All clergy, employees, and volunteers are required to be screened and certified / recertified every five years in the prevention of child sex abuse. If you have taken PGC before and need to be recertified, this class will satisfy your recertification requirements, but you must use the same login information you used for the first PGC class. You must be at least 18 years old to attend; anyone underage will not be allowed to stay.
