Since going live it has already sent over 290,000 alerts to service partners to locate delayed bags and inform their owners proactively. This innovative app has also won the prestigious Lufthansa Group "Innovation Award." The winner will be revealed LIVE on stage at Celosphere on Thursday, October 24.
