I have now finished my 2nd week at work ( it's a short week due to holydays) Here are some thoughts 1. I toke the long travel to my main site in Yoknem, picked up my Nvidia Tag, and met people in person. this allows me to continue building my network. While I'm not a "small talk" person, I do feel and know the importance of talking and listening to ppl, really learn what they do at work and in the personal life. this allows me to connect in a deeper level to my team and group. 2. I completed my first real task! it was assigned to me by my manager last week, and this week I reached out to two expert who set and guided me how to achieve it. it was it was great feeling to have a "win", I know I did not do it myself, but it was also my capabilities how made it work. (I'm not sure it was a big win, but a win all the same) 3. I had my first "Eureka" moment! it was that moment when I finally understood a basic concept that made many small details fall in to place! - it was so meaningful to me to know I can trust myself to have deep understanding of problems! 4. I keep on learning new tools and new flows, and kept hitting the "invisible walls". the walls I have in my head expecting a specific Mode of Work and realizing Nvidia is doing it differently. I still need time to remove them and learn again how to explore the new ways of doing things. Looking forward for the next week, stay tuned!

There are a few things that stand out to me more than just the amazing revenue. While the revenue is astounding, I think the phrases "The Power To Do More" and "Enabling Human Potential" are the unmeasurable corner stones that have had impacts across the world from 1984. If we were able to quantify all the things that have been created on a Dell PC or Dell Server across a Dell Network Switch and living on Dell Storage, supported by Dell team members, I believe you would find that Dell did not only generate $1.7T in revenue for the company it generated countless trillions for the entire globe year over year. When I interpret #playnicebutwin I feel like that phase embodies the ability for the WORLD to win not just Dell. I believe we are not just a hardware company but rather a human potential company and we enable the world...to support the world. #iwork4Dell

Here's a fun, free new resource for your competitive intel program: CompeteKit by Healthy Competition 🥦 It's a directory of recommended software and agencies to help you gather competitive intel, learn why you win or lose, and differentiate from other players in your space. Each vendor on the list came from one of two places: 1. recommendations from the Healthy Competition community 2. conversations / demos I've seen from promising up-and-comers I don't think there's another resource out there that accurately captures the CI tooling space. The other ones I looked at were either too bloated (anyone who's anyone can claim a spot), or they don't take into account really early stage startups that are approaching CI in new ways. In either case, I feel really good about all the tools listed on the Competekit. Hopefully you discover some new ones you've never heard of before! It's a living, breathing resource. (HP/HPE) As we have today irrecoverably embarked into a digital world where innovation rules .. HP garage showed this free-spirited build up to what we today call "Start ups".. its indeed the guiding mentor to the Silicon Valley culture for the past 85 years back. An organization that still remains rooted to the founders dream of being the people company - company for the people, by of the people and of the people. An organization that lived through its 85 years - underwent several transitions but lives till today with these core mantras 1. the foundational culture of people at the core 2. Customer first customer last - customer at the core 2. Innovation at its core 3. Bold goals - set it at the top and execute at all levels 4. reinvent at all decades - instruments to calculators to ink/ printing to compute and storage to networking to AI and today's green lake Its an honor to be associated with this organization for past 25 years. Just as the 85 years of HP way, our nation too witnessed massive upheavals in the past quarter century - the economic liberalization of the 90s - the telco revolution - the anywhere anytime banking - the cell phone becoming the device to aspire - the cloud revolution, the COVID setback and thereafter the post pandemic AI led digital transformation. We survived - HP led the ICT march to counter all changes - the HP fragrance still smells as fresh and as sweet as it was 85 years back. Its remains the iconic inspiration.... #hp #hpe #Aruba
