I recently dug into Google Guaranteed ad platform for brands that offer services (think landscapers, moving companies, etc) and found some interesting takeaways from this video: How it works: - This platform helps you place at the top of search results with a pay-per-lead model, not pay-per-click). - User’s don’t see your website, they can send a message OR call you directly. - The customer facing "ad" isn't customizable as it is via Google Search Ads, but rather reflective of your brand's Google Map (aka Google My Business) listing containing reviews, photos, and services. - An optimized Google Maps listing is crucial for optimized lead generation. Tips for crushing it: 1) Regularly review your leads within the interface and make contact notations, contest poor leads, and mark leads as "booked" when relevant 2) Aim to keep your booking rate at 80% to stay top of results.
