Really important to take a moment to thank the teams delivering great customer service, not just during #NCSW2024 but consistently! IOCS has talked about agitating organisations to see the customer service team as an asset, filled with knowledge and understanding of customer pain points, rather than a function. This is key to look at how and where we can focus energy on improvements for our customers, using #Lean principles to create change!
