Heading to a company internal QMS training early next week has sparked reflections on the past. Over 24 years ago, I created my "product crisis avoidance" framework without having received any formal quality training before. Surprisingly, it remains relevant today. It's amazing how Quality Management Systems (QMS) now play a significant role in my life. #QualityManagement #ContinuousImprovement

I’m excited to announce that I’ve successfully completed the ISO 9001:2015 certification with Charis-The Training Company 🎉 This experience has been incredibly enriching, providing me with a deep understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. The ISO 9001:2015 standard focuses on a customer-centric approach, ensuring organizations consistently meet customer expectations while improving processes and efficiency. One of the core principles I’ve learned is how a robust QMS helps businesses systematically manage quality across all aspects, from planning and operation to customer satisfaction. The PDCA cycle, an integral part of this standard, provides a structured method for continuous improvement. Here’s a brief breakdown: Plan: Establish objectives and processes needed to deliver results in line with the organization’s policies. Do: Implement the processes and collect data for analysis. Check: Monitor and measure processes against objectives, identifying any variances or opportunities for improvement. Act: Take corrective actions to continuously refine processes and optimize performance. I’m excited to apply these tools in real-world scenarios and help drive continuous improvement wherever I go! Thank you to Charis-The Training Company for such a comprehensive and insightful learning experience. #ISO9001 #QMS #ContinuousImprovement #PDCA #QualityManagement #ProfessionalDevelopment

I recently completed the Total Quality Management (TQM) course from Udemy. The course provided valuable insights into quality principles and understanding customer expectations. It covered the importance of top management commitment, using quality tools, Six Sigma, and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS). Total Quality Management (TQM) consists of organization-wide efforts to "install and make permanent climate" where employees continuously improve their ability to provide on demand products and services that customers will find of particular value.

Let's discuss our impact on healthcare! How can we make it human and sustainable?
6moThat's because the real QMS is a supportive and logic tool, that is when well developed and lead. Then is realevant to our daily work and appreciated... problem comes when it's starting to detach from companies reality..
