will turn 41 this year relearning the game of squash thanks to my 10 y/o i am at best an average player i'll prolly never be in the top quartile in my local club or amongst the older players in my city however, there is joy in pursuing a skill without expectations of immediate outcomes and somewhere along the way I've forgotten the joy of deliberate learning my expectations to be the top dog - took over my learning priorities i am gonna dedicate a little bit of time to learning stuff stuff that gives me joy irrespective of the outcome
Super Thale Sripathi (Sri) Chakkravarthi 🙂
I remember bowling for 20-30 mins every day at the stumps(aka wall) after school. I used to imagine a batsman and set myself imaginary score to defend and practice bowling in certain areas. Thanks for sharing this. I feel bringing the practice back on!
I feel you Sripathi (Sri) Chakkravarthi ! Respect!
Way to go Sri 💃💃
Love this mindset! Plus, a 10-year-old coach keeps you humble Sripathi (Sri) Chakkravarthi
