Three years ago, Toby Oppenheimer called me to talk about a travel series he was working on with magician David Blaine. I remember him telling me all about the remote and exciting places they planned to go, and he ended the call with a simple question: after the long years being cooped up in Covid, was I up for a wild adventure? It's like he was reading my mind. This Sunday, March 23rd, the series DO NOT ATTEMPT will finally premiere on National Geographic and stream the next day on Disney + and Hulu. This is the most insane and ambitious project I've ever worked on, full of brilliant and courageous collaborators.
