Building tech/AI based products will be completely democratised. 3 types of people will succeed: 1. Software developers who can build better AI 2. AI business generalists who will build companies, products and teams 3. Sales/Customer Success folks who will add the missing human touch Make sure you are one amongst them! #ai #startups #jobs
Adding to this -When tech gets democratized with AI, the differentiators are (1) Strong execution + speed - business generalists (2) Good design - UI/UX (Why companies like perplexity still wins) (3) Product + software (tech becomes easy to build so roles get merged) (4) People and culture (can be hired later) (5) Finance You just need these 5 roles to achieve $1M ARR these days if its a pure tech + less operations heavy product.
it's already started. i so wish we had a community of fellow builders sharing best practises - all of this is so new and happening so fast, an exchange forum would add tremendous value.

Totally agree .. this shift opens the door for so many different kinds of talent to lead. The mix of builders, thinkers, and communicators is where real innovation will happen. And honestly, the best teams will probably have all three at the table. Now if only my calendar could auto-schedule me into one of these categories!
Kinda iffy on the Sales/Customer success - that can be easily automated as well to an AI Agent. Yes, some human element and intervention might be required, at stages where the deflection of the situation is not competent to be handled by AI.
Well put, Varun

4dAbsolutely! I think communication and EQ skills will be in high demand. The best products and businesses won't just be built on great technology—they'll be driven by leaders who can influence, collaborate, and connect with people. While AI might optimize efficiency, human relationships will always be the key to long-term success of any company!
