Building Fitt Insider & Wellworthy

Fitness shapes our identity. Love to see it!

We love this McKinsey & Company study! The findings align closely with our 2025 Work-Life Wellness Report, which highlights a clear generational divide in fitness and wellbeing at work. Our report found that Gen Z and Millennials are leading the way—over 40% say they’re fit or extremely fit, and they’re the most likely to have a daily fitness routine (38%-37%). Meanwhile, Gen X and Baby Boomers tend to stick to weekly workouts, with only about a third considering themselves fit. The biggest blockers? Time constraints (56%) and lack of motivation (29%), especially for older employees who struggle with consistency. The good news? Corporate wellness programs can bridge this gap! Employees with access to these programs are nearly twice as likely to report being fit compared to those without. Want to dive deeper? We’re happy to share a link to our full report with anyone who wants to read more.

I guess you gotta put that energy somewhere when you’re priced out of owning real estate or raising families 😂

I love the videos about solidcore having a 10 PM class and how there’s a lot of women in there that finish their work and make it a priority to come by. But it’s apparently a very packed class.

Hear me out. From my time in sports there was no great maturation than players coming together as a team. Freshman growing at a exponential rate being surrounded by upper classmen. When we leave sports we lose having a team and mentors. Businesses should consider using health and wellness as a way to curate a stronger team environment. Call it sweatworking. 1x per month teams get together to workout. Could you imagine how much more you could learn about your co-workers rather than standing at a bar or being at a client dinner. Food for thought
