->> Ever wonder why some emails get opened while others stay buried in the inbox? It all comes down to one thing: your subject line. Here’s a quick tip to get your emails opened quickly: >> Craft subject lines that spark curiosity and promise value. Imagine your inbox is a crowded shopping mall... The subject line is your shopfront... So if it doesn’t grab attention, you’ll definitely be missing out. Try this: - Be Specific: Instead of “Update,” use “How to Boost Your Sales by 20% in 30 Days.” - Create Curiosity: Use questions or intriguing statements. E.g., “Are you making these 3 common marketing mistakes?” - Add Urgency: A touch of urgency can drive action. E.g., “Last Chance to grab the Bigo Bundle at 50% off!” The right subject line doesn’t just get your email opened—it starts a conversation. What’s your go-to tactic for writing subject lines that get results? Stay tuned for more tips!

Fi has a great welcome email. What makes it effective? - The email is short and to the point. - They showcase the product right away. - They introduce the "we" and brand mission. - They have a strong brand promise "the last smart collar you'll ever need." - They turn features into benefits e.g. "Geofence alerts ---> Know the moment your dog gets out." - There's a soft call-to-action "Learn more" for users who aren't ready to buy. Score: 9/10 Improvements: the only direct call-to-action is hidden at the moment. For improved CTRs, there should be 1-2 extra links to the website. What would you add?

How I'd redesign my email if I were Annie Gianakos at Oars + Alps to boost my deliverability and conversions... 1. In the first fold, display only the discount code to maximize our click-through rate (CTR) and conversion. 2. Keep the intro copy brief, as it will only be skimmed for 2-5 seconds, and place it after the discount code since the code is more important. 3. incorporated a text block to boost deliverability so email isn't just images and links 4. Include customer reviews for social proof, especially for first-time buyers who are interested but hesitant to make a purchase. This can only help. Your subject line doesn’t need to scream for attention—it needs to whisper the right things. Many ecommerce emails fail before they’re even opened. Why? It’s not the design or the offer—it’s the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Here are 𝟳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 to avoid in your email subject lines: 1. FREE: Screams “spam.” 2. URGENT: Overused and rarely feels genuine. 3.️ WINNER: Instant red flag for filters (and readers). 4. GUARANTEE: Lost its power due to overpromises. 5. LIMITED-TIME: Unless it’s truly exclusive, skip it. 6. ACT NOW: Triggers a “this isn’t for me” response. 7. CONGRATULATIONS: Spam filter bait 101. Instead of shouting, focus on clarity, intrigue, and relevance. That’s what gets clicks.
