Say Hello to Attention Capital's Newest Team Members!

Earlier this month, we introduced Attention capital, and over the last few weeks we’ve been meeting with some incredible people who see the unique potential there is in this moment to create the next generation of media and technology companies. 

Today I have the great pleasure of welcoming two new members to our growing team at Attention Capital. Matt Resnick joins us from Barstool Sports as VP of Finance and Business Strategy, and Savannah Greene joins us as an Associate from Harvard Business School. Elissa Levine - Associate 

Elissa is an Associate at Attention Capital where she evaluates investment opportunities, supports portfolio companies, and develops and executes strategy for the holding company.

Prior to joining Attention Capital, Elissa held various roles at Fox Networks Group (the FOX broadcast network, FX, National Geographic, and FOX Sports) with a focus on disrupting the advertising status quo. Elissa started her career at Altman Vilandrie & Company, a boutique TMT strategy consulting firm, where she conducted due diligence for private equity clients and developed corporate strategy recommendations for the Fortune 500.

Elissa holds a B.S. from Duke University, where she studied Neuroscience and Economics. Elissa serves on the Alumni Leadership Board of Birthright Israel Excel and the Arthur Miller Foundation's Young Professional Council. 

Matthew Resnick - VP of Finance and Business Strategy

Matt joins Attention Capital as VP of Finance and Business Strategy after having spent the past twelve years helping media companies shape their strategy and operations in highly competitive markets.

Prior to Attention Capital, Matt was one of the early employees at Barstool Sports, where he became Vice President of Strategic Finance and Business Operations. At Barstool, Matt was responsible for providing leadership and input on new strategic initiatives and developing a scalable approach to long term planning. Alongside the executive team, Matt was responsible for building the financial strategy and KPI infrastructure for the company and its new business opportunities

Before joining Barstool Sports, Matt spent time at FOX, Broadway Video, and iHeartMedia where he was responsible for partnering with senior management teams to develop short, medium, and long-term business strategies as well as drive decision making.

Matt earned his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University

Savannah Greene - Associate

Savannah joins Attention Capital as an Associate with experience in finance, media, and film, television and theatrical production. 

A recent graduate of Harvard Business School, Savannah worked in investment banking at Evercore Partners, where she assessed and analyzed M&A and growth opportunities as part of the Tech team in the Menlo Park office. Prior to receiving her MBA, Savannah worked on the shareholder activism and raid defense team at Evercore Partners in New York.  

Before entering the world of finance, Savannah spent four years in media and entertainment in a variety of capacities, including production and development at HBO and as well as working directly on several commercially released feature films.  

She started her professional career working as the Apprentice to the Chairman and CEO of FOX Networks Group. Savannah received her B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University in 2012. Savannah also has experience directing full-scale theatrical productions at Stanford and Harvard.
