Supporting girls and women in STEM is not just a matter of corporate image; it is vital for driving true innovation and ensuring the future success of companies. "What we've seen is if you design with an inclusive mindset, thinking about each and every consumer that you want to reach, you are more successful in reaching everyone,” says Dr. Rolanda Johnson Wilkerson, Senior Director, Fellow Beauty Care, for Procter & Gamble.
