The New England Patriots look forward to facing the Buffalo Bills in Sunday's 2014 regular season finale. With the AFC's number one seed already locked up, the team will have a bye week after Sunday's game. As today's injury report shows, the Patriots need some rest.

Two players, running back Jonas Gray and cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, have already been declared out to play on Sunday. Gray nurses an ankle injury and was held out of today's practice session, Dennard seems to have injured his hamstring today. Look for LeGarrette Blount to replace Gray. Dennard, on the other hand, has only been active for six games this year; the Patriots probably won't have a hard time replacing him.

Gray and Dennard won't play on Sunday; 15 other players are questionable to take part in the game. Among those we find offensive linemen Dan Connolly and Sebastian Vollmer, wide receivers Julian Edelman and Brandon LaFell, defensive linemen Rob Ninkovich and Chandler Jones, as well as linebackers Jamie Collins and Dont'a Hightower. Don't be surprised to find some of those names on Sunday's inactive list.

Quarterback Tom Brady is listed as "probable".

Per Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal, week 17's final injury report looks as follows:
