Lake Placid 2025 Instant cult classic. True to A24 Major plot holes and from zero to earth orbit in 5 seconds. But still very enjoyable. A little excessive on gore/dismemberment. Be warned.

Who funds these films? Just an awful, boring mess of useless slop. Horrible CGI throughout, the entire budget went to Ortega and Rudd (who looks 70 years old in this film when the scenes are naturally lit). The climax offers a couple of chuckles and one singularly brutal scene, but other than that this film looks terrible, has so many continuity errors, and just stinks.
