It's times like this that you wish you could give a film zero stars. There's no purpose here. The "film" is just spliced together poorly preserves video of the Mississippi River flood of 1927. And it's not helped in anyway by the most annoyingly horrific score ever to be put to film. Ugh! Run away from this one!!!
