NOVA DOCUMENTARY “REVOLUTIONARY WAR WEAPONS” EXPLORES KEY MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES IN THE AMERICAN COLONIES’ FIGHT FOR FREEDOM
The award-winning PBS science series, NOVA, a production of GBH, today announced the new one-hour film “REVOLUTIONARY WAR WEAPONS” will premiere Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on PBS (check local listings) and will also be available for streaming at pbs.org/nova, NOVA on YouTube, and the PBS App. -
GBH Is the Most Trusted Local Media Outlet for the Third Year
GBH is the most trusted local media outlet for the third year, according to a recent study that tracked public sentiment in the Boston area. The brand study was conducted in February by City Square Associates, Inc, a Cambridge, Mass. research firm. -
GBH Kids MOLLY OF DENALI Honored With 2025 Children’s & Family Emmy® Award
Boston public media producer GBH was honored by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) for the Children’s & Family Emmy® Awards for the PBS KIDS series MOLLY OF DENALI in the category Writing for a Preschool Animated Series for the episode “Not A Mascot,” written by X'unei Lance Twitchell and story edited by Raye Lankford. -
CAI to Move to Cape Symphony’s Falmouth Campus
GBH and Cape Symphony have announced that CAI, the Cape and Islands radio station, will be relocating to Cape Symphony’s Falmouth Campus. The newly-renovated, state-of-the-art facility, located about four miles from CAI’s previous location in the same town, is easy to access and includes parking and gathering space for public events. -
GBH Board Elects Martha Minow as Chair, Welcomes New Trustees
Martha Minow, the 300th Anniversary University Professor at Harvard University and former Morgan and Helen Chu Dean and Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, has been elected Chair of the Board of Trustees for Boston public media producer GBH. At the March 4 meeting the board also elected Mathai Mammen and Karen Hawley Miles as trustees.
