The story begins the day before the graduation ceremony. Five middle school girls each are preoccupied with their real everyday lives. These girls meet each other in a fantasy world after being sent there through a sudden occurrence. There, they learn about the impending crisis that this world is facing. The way to avert this crisis is for the five to collaborate and bring their five hearts together as one through dance. However, the five cannot come to love the world, and cannot tell their true feelings to one another, so their hearts are unable to unite. The time limit is fast approaching. Can the dance of the five girls save the world? And will they be able to graduate?

The last 1 minute was more interesting than the entire movie. What was that about? a sequel of sorts? I skimmed through it so I can't say I got it all, but I am sure I missed nothing important. Too much fluff, not interesting enough characters.

This show's animation and environment art are excellent, but the character designs are rather boring. As a 90-minute fluff movie theater spectacle, it's probably just about right. But the story-- presumably aimed toward graduating-middle-school-age girls-- is so shallow that even an infant wouldn't drown. If you're going to watch this show, do it because you like the "Pop Idol Team in Wonderland" sort of idea, or because you want to see some high quality movie animation. But expect nothing noteworthy from the story itself. Well, for the target demographic, this show may actually be pretty fun.
