While Shinkai Makoto was making Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho, he made this short anime clip (2min 20sec) in parallel, for NHK's Minna no Uta (Everyone's Song) programme. The song Egao is sung by Hiromi Iwasaki.
