It's exactly what it promotes itself as, nothing more, nothing less. A light-hearted simple story with some wacky alien shenanigans, the right amount of fun and sweetness, and some Shinji Takamatsu's fanservice thrown into the mix (because of course, it's Shinji Takamatsu, what did you expect? :D) It aims to be a nice and easy way to pass your time, and that's what it succeeds at being. It's just like cotton wool - you won't be eating this to sate your hunger, but when you're just up for something light and sweet, it's the way to go.

Its ur classic best buddies on a weekly adventure series!

2 polar opposite dudes bunched together under circumstances & goes on a weekly planetary adventure with their trusty robot butler in toll. Set in a clean futuristic world where most of the space and planets are tourist attractions (which closely parodies famous tourist spots in Japan). Really episodic as the misfits tries to outrun debt, then travels to different planets, stumbling into funny situations/troubles, solving them inadvertently whilst becoming heroes of sorts.

Main characters in Robi+Hachi & their robot butler are likeable with all the fun & adventure. Whilst subcast in the debt collector Yang complement perfectly by adding zest as the ruthless but love struck tsudere metrosexual antagonist. And also that ED sequence!

Good whacky fun watch that's light hearted for general crowd if you can ignore how ridiculous and shamelessly deliberate some of the plot is. For me 7/10 but I really enjoyed it honest.
