This series is so strange, like no matter how cringe-y, chuuni, or edgy it'd be, it has a lot of great details, tense, and good overall plot despite it's just another mediocre OP/genius MC series.
Some small interaction or cues are actually well represented, and you can def see that they try to put some of the small details written in the LN.
Some nitpicks are how it's so bad at explaining simple exams, and how extremely forgetful most of the characters are for a series that often use names.

I kind of already forgot what was the first season about, but nevertheless, I highly vouch for this anime and it is truly close to being a masterpiece, might be slightly on lighter side than first season was. It is a must see for those who like psychological dramas and enjoy mind games.
