At first when I read the description of this, I immediately thought of it being a ripoff of a few other series, but this actually surprised me pleasantly.
The female lead, without question, has surreal unworldly knowledge, but it blends really well with this world. There's no magic, it's purely as if they had been thrust several hundred years into the past.
A rather surprising and enjoyable watch.

Poor story, thoughtless interactions, better than Isekai Pharmacy. MC loses all traits from 1st life, even changing voice to soft. Imagine ur sibling changing voice/personality—how would u react? Characters here don’t, just initial reaction, then NPC mode. Author never sprinkles old mannerisms/personality as though he confused reincarntion with bodyswap. Her appearance also changes from ojou-sama to (very) plain jane. Author makes MC too nerdy (e.g., in an emergency, she doesn't yell “don’t breathe in the smoke!” she’d say stuff like “don’t breathe in hydrogen chloride/phosgene/sulfur dioxide/etc. which are contained in smoke”). Author makes her try too hard to subtly impress all the time (like your friend who refuses to speak normally). Romance is ofc also poor. For fans who like OP MC flex on others (but she acts too humble while continuously flexing, so mixed feelings).

At first glance, it SEEMS like the stereotypical reverse harem. However, rest assured, this one REDEEMS itself with a decent narrative, and a bizarre, yet, interesting mix of surgery, meets fantasy.
It has a lot of cool moments, like-able characters, and a decent soundtrack to boot!
Come with low-expectations, and dare to be surprised! Give it a watch (Especially if you enjoy REDEMPTION stories!)

This was an entertaining fantasy/romance anime that follows Elise (female lead) who experiences multiple reincarnations and uses her medical knowledge to save lives. The best part about this anime is the story is concise and there isn't a lot of melodrama. The medical aspect is enjoyable and the romance isn't bad. Overall, this is a nice fantasy/romance anime with medical attributes throughout, plus the ending had a decent conclusion and can see this series continuing or ending... either way I'm good with either outcome.

So... princess reverse harem. Mostly about feelings. Mostly for female audithory.
But this is nice change of pace to have something warm, fuzzy & calming (at least as far surgeries with bloodstains can go) - in times when too many shows concentrate on angst, mindless gore, or rage-bait.
Just take your pink glasses, turn off logical thinking, remember that this is about feelings, and try to enjoy.
