Comedy? Yes, but it can be very hit or miss!
Ecchi+nudity? Yes! Many sizes, uncensored and frequent.
This is a kind of “one girl per episode” harem series, sometimes, combined with a very strong rivalry anime. It throws boobs at you in abundance and tries to work in some comedy, that for some will fall flat on its face, all while the girls grow, I guess, ever so slightly as characters going through their troubles. However, the screen time and development each girl get is very unbalanced and some could simply be shaved off as the show does focus on the two main girls more than anything else, and it is all a rather shallow level of drama.
Overall it is hard to recommend to people for anything else than Ecchi+nudity (which might make this your goldmine especially if liking flat chests that is often rare), and/or the setting of master - servant and etiquette school and those that want Ojou girls to actually be a real competition.

Very high quality ecchi, much better than a lot of hentai out there for sure. If you're looking just for that, go straight to the specials. The special have similar production value to To Love-Ru Darkness, but with more scenes and various body types.

If you like spicy comedy, with ecchi, tsundere, romance and cross-dressing, you must definitively watch this anime: it's absolutely outstanding and you'll die by laughing!

Great series if you like ecchi. It has really good comedy in it and it's entertaining. In my opinion, this show is good to watch.

Ecchi at it's finest. A loose plot that isn't super strong but is at least prevalent. Artwork is great, looks very high quality and it's just genuinely a funny anime.

Another weak-plot comedy full of ecchi. Totally hated some of the characters (specially the twins). Still, it has it's moments. Check it out if you have time to spare.
