Off-the-shoulder top or Carmen neckline top is a top garment with a single-edged, nearly linear neckline that's cut significantly lower, below the shoulders and collar bone. Usually the off-the-shoulder neckline passes over the arms but, in the strapless neckline style, may pass under the arms. These necklines reveal and accentuate the wearer's shoulders, collar bone and neck.
