Site of ‘failed east Belfast shopping centre’ should be used for homes, says social housing chief
Connswater Shopping Centre will close on March 21
The site of Connswater Shopping Centre in east Belfast should be considered as land for homes, a social housing boss has said.
Killultagh Estates, the ultimate owner of the centre, announced on Friday that the centre will shut on March 21 following the appointment of business advisory firm BDO NI as fixed charge receivers.
